Under an agreement between the park, Hamilton County and Cincinnati, each entity agreed to pay a third of the expected $90,000 cost, with the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, which runs the Metro system. The route was previously subsidized entirely by the park before they announced plans to drop it.
