Dennis Speigel, President of International Theme Park Services, Inc., announced today that his firm has been appointed as the sales agent by SunTrust Bank to offer VisionLand Park for sale.
ITPS signed this agreement with Sun Trust Bank as Trustee for the West Jefferson Amusement and Public Park Authority.
VisionLand Park, Alabama’s first seasonal theme park features 25 rides and attractions, including the Rampage wooden coaster, 7-acre waterpark, shops, restaurants, and games. The park’s design incorporates four "themed" areas and covers 70 acres. VisionLand Park is located outside Birmingham, Alabama in Bessemer.
