Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. Friday sold Dutch Wonderland to California-based Palace Entertainment, the largest operator of water parks and family theme parks in the U.S., according to Hershey. Palace is the U.S. subsidiary of Parques Reunidos in Spain.
