Goldman Sachs will be Universal Japan's biggest investor

USJ Co., the operator of Universal Studios Japan, plans to issue new shares worth 20 billion yen ($182 million) through third-party allocations to a Goldman Sachs-affiliated investment fund, according to a report in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Japan's leading business daily.
