Geauga Lake pushing bill that allows amusement parks to form police departments

In a bid to beef up security, Geauga Lake and Wildwater Kingdom officials are urging lawmakers to allow the 690-acre park in Aurora to form its own police department. The park wants to eliminate reliance on local departments.
