Former owner of Wild Waves gets second change to manage the park

After selling Wild Waves Theme Park to Six Flags for $19.3 million in 2000, former owner Jeff Stock is back to manage the Federal Way amusement park and is hoping for a return act. His homecoming and the park's season opening Thursday brought a crowd of more than 3,100 thrill-seekers and attendees, including the city's mayor.
