Former Dogpatch to be leased by conservative entertainment company

The owners of the former Dogpatch theme park in Newton County have agreed to lease the 400-acre property to Heritage USA, a conservative entertainment company, with options to buy. It will be called Heritage USA Ozarks Resort.
