Ferris wheel opens this weekend on Seattle waterfront

A new, 175-foot tall observation wheel opens this weekend on Seattle's waterfront, on Pier 57. The new wheel is next door to the Seattle Aquarium. Tickets are $13 for a ride in the enclosed gondolas.
