The family of a 22-year old former Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom employee struck and killed by a car last summer has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver and the South Whitehall Township amusement park's parent company. Zhen Li, of Tianjin, China, was hired to work at the park through a temporary work visa and had all work and housing arrangements set up through California-based recruiting company CCUSA Inc., which is also listed as a defendant in the suit.
