The Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority will vote Tuesday on a proposal to purchase the Sky Ride from Bell's Amusement Park. Rick Bjorklund, president and CEO of Expo Square, said Friday that he could not provide details of the pending sale, but he sounded upbeat about the possibility.
