Disney anticipates final agreement for Shanghai in a few months

The Walt Disney Co. anticipates having a final agreement to build Shanghai Disneyland within "a few months," Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger said last week. Iger told analysts at a media conference in New York that he expects it will then take five to six years to build and open the resort, which would begin with a Magic Kingdom-style theme park and amenities such as hotels and a shopping-and-dining district.
