Attendance at Disney’s theme parks in the United States began to slip in the last part of 2008, dropping about 5 percent compared with a year earlier. To keep guests coming through the turnstiles in 2009, the company is rolling out deals not seen in years. Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Six Flags and Cedar Fair are also giving price breaks.
