Stanley and Margaret Nelson, the couple who owned Joyland for nearly 30 years, filed a foreclosure lawsuit this week seeking to regain control of the park. In the lawsuit, they say that David Rohr, who bought the park from them in May 2003, missed his June payment on a $1.6 million loan.
