Thirty-three NAPHA 33 members who gathered from California, Nevada, Illinois, Ohio, New York and Pennsylvania for the three-stop weekend that began Friday at Waldameer Park in Erie. From there, they visited the Albion carousel, the third-oldest carousel in the United States.
