The family that operates rides, games and concessions at Conneaut Lake Park has expressed confidence in park trustees and the future of the venerable amusement park. Their statement follows a call by Hotel Conneaut and Beach Club operator Greg Sutterlin last week for trustees to resign because of $850,000 in property taxes owed on the park and the "total disarray" of park grounds.
