Cedar Fair Entertainment Company today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.25 per limited-partner unit, consistent with the company’s annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per unit that was announced in March. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2009 to holders of record May 5, 2009.
The Company also noted that it plans to issue a news release and host a conference call with analysts on Tuesday, May 5th, 2009 to discuss 2009 first quarter earnings results.
