After a five-month investigation, state investigators have ruled the cause of the Ferris wheel accident at Tuscora Park in New Philadelphia this summer as "undetermined." Investigators said there were too many conflicting statements to come to a conclusion. Two children were injured when they fell from their gondola to the ground June 25.
