Carnival worker killed by ride in Detroit area

A 44-year-old Wade Shows Inc., employee from Orlando was working on top of the Crazy Submarine ride at the Gibraltar Trade Center in Taylor, Mich., when another employee offered a 5-year-old child one last swing, not knowing the co-worker was on it. His injuries were so severe that a medical helicopter was turned away.
