Busch Entertainment Corporation was sued for $5.3 million by the three victims who claimed Busch failed to teach former employee, Sandeep Agarwal, "to refrain from molesting and sexually assaulting" park guests. The plaintiffs included two 15-year-olds, who were 11 at the time of the incident, and a 31-year-old woman. A jury ruled Wednesday that his employer wasn't liable for his actions.
