Belmont Park costs San Diego taxpayers millions, redevelopment not as promised

San Diego's Belmont Park has cost taxpayers millions of dollars over the years because of a faulty lease agreement. Furthermore, developers that promised to revive the park and make it local-friendly have broken that verbal promise. Local officials still want to restore the park.
