Your designs?

If you had won a contest for your home park, and the only constraint was under $30M, what would you design and build?

I'm 2 for 2 so far!!!
WOW! I wish. I would build some kind of inverted standup that went 500 feet and had 15 loops. I would be one of the few people on it! :) That would cost more than $30 mil wouldn't it? Well then it would 325 feet and have 1 loop.

I'd probably build an inverted that drops down into a large loop, banks left and then goes into a Large Cobra roll that narrowly misses the lift hill. From there I would go into a tunnel where I'd do a barrel roll, followed by a helix and then the brake run.

You build it, I'll ride it...eventually
Instead of building just one mega woodie I'd build 1 big woodie with at least a mile of track. Then 3 average sized. One would be an airtime monster while another would deliver super strong laterals. The final would be a jr. woodie for the little kids but have enough spunk to keep everyone happy. :)

OOPS sorry about that, I would build several coasters Fiest the Crystal Beach Cyclone using track like Schwarzkopf and lengthen the ride by adding several more twists to it, then the Aeroplane from the Rye playland in NY, and either the Riverview Bobs and or the Cyclone Racer from Long Beach, return of the best coasters ever to stand and the best coasters ever to be lost

I'd build a 200 foot triple looping coaster, top speed 75 go through a couple of hills 130 and 125, and hit the three loops at 60 mph.

Talon is going to rock, roll, and take its toll!
I would build a Racing-dueling hyper!can you imagine two 200ft coasters running side by side.It would be awsome!
I would build a coaster that would start out as a stand up coaster, but at the first brake run, the cars would recline, and it would do a half barrel roll and turn into a Flying Coaster!!!

Oh... I just thought about that and they would be going backwards when they become a flying coaster... well, since we're fantasizing... they spin around and then recline!

I think K Walk needs a job. All said my creation would be a reverse reverse freefall. This would be much different all around than something like the reverse freefall of today. This beast would (it should!) launch you straight over a cliff, racing you most the way towards your death, and after you almost get dumped, you race up the face of the cliff, super reverse fashion and that's that. Now that I think about it, that exceeds the budget and would end up killing people. Maybe not. *** This post was edited by p_c_r on 1/16/2001. ***
A giant indoor space themed coaster. Like Space Mountain times a jillion.

And just what kind of job would that be? We have our opinions, if my idea wasn't great, fine keep your comments to yourself!

For my homepark, SFGAm, I would like to see an arrow 4th demension coaster. I wouldn't have it 200 ft. but about 170-185 with a vertical drop. And it would just be awesome.
