Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger
You are saying that Hersheypark looked better the day after it was flooded than some parks look under normal circumstances?
Hmmmmm... very interesting...

Does anyone know how bad Idlewild flooded? It usually doesn't take much for them.
Like the other posters mentioned, all the rides along the creek were operating on Sunday. All that was closed were the concessions and games in Comet Hollow and around the Trailblazer. (No Pit Beef, darn it) I guess it wouldn't be much fun playing Whack-a-soggy-mole.
The only down part was that it was eerily dark in those areas once the sun set without the lights from the closed stands. We were also hoping they might be a bit lenient with the 8:00 closing time, since they had been closed the day before. But at 8 sharp, all the ride lines were either chained off or had an employee stationed there. Oh well, only 4 weeks till Hersheypark in the Dark.

Yeah until someone stupid enough would drink from the "river of chocolate", get sick and die...well then there's a lawsuit on Hershey's hands...
No no no. They would fall in , and then get sucked up the tube that goes to the marshmallow room.

anyone have an idea of how much rain would be needed to flood Kennywood?
I'm not sure... but if you get in line for Noah's Ark and you and there are two white tail deer, two black bears, two ground hogs, etc queued up in front of you, you might have a problem.
