X...Where will the best seat be?

I think the word "headbanging" is so over dramatic and I'm baffled as to why enthusiasts have adopted such a dangerous word. If people were "banging" their heads on rides, there would be damage, there would be lawsuits, there would be ride closures.

If that were true, Shockwave @ SFGAm would be closed...you most definately bang your head on that.

And I would add some rides such as Joker's Jinx, SLC's etc. were your head feels like it's in a pinball machine. There is definitely (notice everyone who reads this site, that's how you spell the word!) coasters were you make solid contact with the OTSR's, and that includes some B&M's also. Hence the name headbanging.

SFA 2002-What are they building?

But that's the whole point. People still ride Shockwave, obviously the ride is operating safely or it wouldn't be operating. No one has sued SfGAm for brain injuries.

I'm not saying there aren't rough rides out there, but "headbanging" implies that it's causing injury and is unsafe, at least that's what it implies to me. It's a word I'm sure Ed Markey would love...

Work like you've just gotten paid, Love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching!

Back seat in one of the outer rows. I don't know about you, but getting quickly pulled over the little bump into a straight down drop...AHHHHHHH...scares me just thinking about it!
I would say the front, no matter what seat.  That way you are in the clear if someone gets sick.  Don't belive me?  Watch the videos on twisted rails.  This is not for the faint of hart at all...
I'm with DWeaver on this one...being pull over and down the first drop will be awesome......of course I will try the front and the back and the middle and the left and the right....
Front Left seat
