X's 2nd Raven Turn: Will it clear?

I've been looking at pics of the 2nd raven turn and the track gets VERY close the the ground. Does anyone have a pic of the train at the bottom of the 2nd raven turn?

And also: Do you think that someone will get hurt if "their" legs hit the ground?

Well they have been testing, and nothing has happened. So I guess it would clear.

I've seen it test pretty close and although it does get pretty close to the ground, that ditch is alot deeper than it looks in photos.

I am sure they will check everything out to make sure something like that is not possible.  No worries, have faith in testing!

Hopefully they make sure it's not possible for a 6'11" man :) I can't wait to ride, but it does look like it gets close in spots. They obviously know what they're doing, though!
gee, i would hate to be the peeps clearing out the ditch after it rains...
-----------------
I am pretty sure they have drainage built in, and if they don't....go get that pump!

I guess Arrow completely forgot to check for clearance when designing a multi-million dollar coaster. I mean, they probably designed it in 5 minutes right?

That would be ridiculous if it didn't.

I think it would clear if they tested it.

Whats life without coastin??
???If they tested it??? They have been testing it for about 2 weeks now (or will be this week). I think they wouldn've made the ditch deeper if it didn't clear right. Also, This ride looks completely fake when you see it from the freeway. I was coming down the I-5 from the north yesterday and i just couldn't believe this ride was real.

Of course it would clear, and if it didn't they would have dug the ditch deeper, I doubt they would wait till the 2nd week of test runs to think if it will clear a certain area.

Not only will it clear that last raven turn but it will fly through that part of the track.
It will clear, the drainage thing is an issue though! But remember this, it doesn't rain much in Socal. I think they will defently fix this problem when they relize they have to shut the ride down for a day and there is a huge riot. Wich is problbly gonna happen in X's huge line if someone cuts the wrong person!
That's what you say, DWeaver, but do you really mean it? :)

Are you serious Stealth? What kind of question is that? That is like asking if you will hit the supports while riding any wooden twister if your hands are up...

The answer is plain and simple: No.

No coaster company would be dumb enough to have one of thier prototype coasters be designed in such a way that some part of someone's body would not clear. That would be suicide (for the company, not person) because they would have lawsuits shot at them left and right. I must say, that was a pointless and dumb question...

Hey, SFGAm managment, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?

I was just POINTING OUT that it LOOKS LIKE A PERSON'S LEG(S) WOULD HIT THE GROUND!!!!! The clearance looks very small.
