Xcelerator, Montezooma's Revenge & XLC

Now that Knott's has two launched coasters, which one is more extreme? Think I know the answer to that one. ;)

A while back I asked which is the most powerfully launched coaster. The most popular choice was Monte. However this was just before Hypersonic opened.

Is there anyone who's been on all three & could you please rank them in order of how strongly they launch?

I read that Xcelerator sustains 2G's throughout the whole launch unlike any other launched coasters where max G is upon taking off & dropping down quickly. That true?

Looks like the Rocket Coaster out performs Intamin's own LSM/LIM coasters.

Can't wait for a Giga Rocket Coaster.

Having ridden Montezumma's Revenge and Xcelerator, I can truthfully say that Monte isn't enough for me after dozens of rides and i need xcelerator to give me the intense launch feeling. I have not been on anything as intense as xcelerator. hopefully the next xcelerator will be 6,000 feet plus and feature a more varied layout rather than 2 overbank turns. i'd like to see a helix, a few drops, and some more negative Gs. Xcelerator's 2 overbank turns are so smooth it feels like you're on a kiddie coaster.
PS, the next rocket coaster can go to 117 mph in 157 feet.

Doesn't sound too right to me. That sounds like about 6 G's off the start. Hypersonic only does about 3. Just doesn't sound safe.

that's what it's capable of doing, Xcelerator has tested so fast. also, it's not much faster than dononpa's launch (107 in 1.8 seconds). The thing that would make it unsafe would be going through xcelerator's course that fast (like 3 negative gs at th top hat)
Yes, Xcelerator has been tested as so what Speedy has described. It was only unsafe to run it at such high speeds, and it only did so during the testing phase.
