looking at the length of the track, and with it being a launch coaster, there can't be that much room for more than two trains... anyone know how many they'll be running?

will they have lapbars?

I think if all goes well with Parlous Plunge (made by intamin, so is Xcelerator) it should only have lapbars, or a type of restraint like on Hypersonic, where its on the shins, knees, and lap, and like all Knott's rides, a seat belt

Xcelerator will have trains and restraints just like Millie if I am not mistaken.
Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?

I would concur on the MF restraint system being implemented on XLR8R. Not that I have any info, just a hunch.

How many cars/riders per train?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, Xcelerator will run two trains with five cars each, twenty passengers per train.

Oh yeah, that's right. Someone said it would be 16 riders as the front & rear cars would only take 2 each. Bonnet for front & boot with tail fins for rear.
