XCALIBUR at Six Flags St. Louis in 2003

Bring your barf bags. From the two actual people I've talked to who've actually ridden Evolution, they say it's a puke ride. They also said it's one of the best flat rides ever.

I'm sad to see it go, if in fact it is going from SFGAdv. For some lucky reason, it was running one of the two days I was there, and it looked so cool we just had to ride it. Let's just say that the only ride we wanted to ride after that was the "bench."

Hope the peeps in St. Louis like it!

peace, love, coasters.

Just a few years ago (1999 I believe), SFGrAdv made a big deal about adding something like 25 new rides in one year. Over the last couple of seasons they have managed to remove a few of their flat rides and ship them to other parks or just leave them standing but not operating. Was SFGrAdv just a holding ground for rides until they became needed elsewhere? I guess it bugs me because it's kind of like giving someone a gift with the intention of using it primarily for yourself. However, assuming that GrAdv's ride is the one going to SL, this is great news for SFSL and I hope the new ride operates well there.
Well, Hallelujah! *Finally* SFStl gets a new flat ride. I was beginning to think that yet again it was going to be another ride stored in the graveyard. Should be interesting to see how well it's received. It'll be popular, I'm sure.
great for sfsl!
Maybe I'll finally be able to ride this thing!
I am another of the lucky few who got a chance to ride it. I must say it was awsome...but then again I was the only one out of the 10 of my friends that didn't need to sit down. I let the crew sit and went back on. after which it closed. that was the last tim I saw it operate.

..."so many coasters,so little sick time"....

Great, just when I thought I had the whole summer planned out.
Turkey legs plus Xcalibur equals fun fun time for grounds workers.....poor kids. This looks like a well themed, fun flat to me I think SFStL-ers will love it if its well kept and will finally have something to look at while they suck the meat off their beloved turkey legs.....delicious eh?

Why do they always have the ugliest kids on peanut butter commercials?

Have you ever eaten one of those turkey legs? Damn they're good!

Haha! Yes, I've tried to enjoy a turkey leg on many occasions...just can't do it. I'm not a fan of the dark meat i spose...but hey...enjoy! ; )

I've only had one, but from what I remember it was pretty good... almost up there with the Skillets at SDC.
