How could it NOT be a huge hit. It's like The Zipper going 70+ mph on roller coaster track.

But speed is a major player in the intensity equation. I'm with the King. The Zipper is my favorite carney ride...and I love fast coasters. I get chills just thinking about it. Don't worry, we'll all have love for woodies and hyper/gigas. But I think we'll now have one more contraption to love.

Out of all the new designs for coasters since the ninties, ie inverts, launches, floorless, wooden loopers, flying, thrust airs....

THIS is the one 'type' of coaster I have no interest in. It would probably be fun to ride it, but i haven't thought "man, i wanna ride that"
and i wanna ride a lot... I'd take the other X coaster of the 2001 season. X Flight...

flying coasters just seem like they'd be a funner ride.

Too much is simply NOT ENOUGH...

Well I am more excited about X then I have been for any other coaster in my life. I can just imagin the first drop (talk about breath taking) and I also love the zipper so I know I will love the flipping of the seats on X even through the seats want be flipping as fast as the seats on a Zipper ride. To me, X is hopefully a ride that will at least open new doors for Arrow. They are always at the drawing board (excuse me, copmuter!), and they succeed with everything they come up with, no matter how many trial and error sessions it takes. Look what happened due to their persistence with The Bat.....Kings Island once again has the best suspended coaster anywhere. I just hope I can get out west in the next year or two.
