CalOSHA is set to inspect X at Six Flags Magic Mountain on July 19 following alterations to the ride. The coaster was shut down, according to the park, due to a design flaw that caused the seats to not "move smoothly."

[Ed. note: In another example of sensationalist nonsense writing by the LA Times, they managed to squeeze in an unrelated note about brain injuries. It's unfortunate that one of the nation's largest newspapers has turned into such a joke. -J]

First Amendment doesn't protect you from stealing people's content. Repost the LA Times on your own site, tell everyone about it, and see if they don't sue you.
And yes, the People Who Know(TM) were right. Sure, they hit a snag... doesn't mean what they told me was wrong. People just look for an excuse to hate on me.
There is a better story on www.dailynews.com about the whole thing, apparently something about a law suit, but I can't find it on their crappy ass site.

So does that mean it will be open to the public soon after or does that mean they can test soon after?
(sorry, don't want to register for LA Times)

A rollercoaster? What's that?
Someone did a cut-and-paste (bad idea, but hey, it's not my site) to ACN with the Daily News article...

It confirms what I said about a third party contractor. Where are the people now who thought I was making it up?
In any case, contracts are contracts, and it doesn't matter how many lawyers anyone throws at it. In the end it's all going to come down to what the contracts say. I personally hope it all ends in Arrow's favor.
