I suscribed just so I could read the story, now I'm getting off the list. ACN has had this news up for like 4 days now, atleast.

I hope they get everything sorted for when I get there on the 21st and 22nd. Looks like my chances are pretty good.

First Amendment doesn't protect you from stealing people's content. Repost the LA Times on your own site, tell everyone about it, and see if they don't sue you.

And yes, the People Who Know(TM) were right. Sure, they hit a snag... doesn't mean what they told me was wrong. People just look for an excuse to hate on me.

There is a better story on www.dailynews.com about the whole thing, apparently something about a law suit, but I can't find it on their crappy ass site.

It confirms what I said about a third party contractor. Where are the people now who thought I was making it up?

In any case, contracts are contracts, and it doesn't matter how many lawyers anyone throws at it. In the end it's all going to come down to what the contracts say. I personally hope it all ends in Arrow's favor.

I understand the concept of the ride, but I fail to understand the level of hype it is getting. Is it going to be that great?

It already has been that great. We all can't wait to experience it again. Listen, very few things actually live up to their hype, but trust me when I say, even if your not impressed with X, it's concept still will blow you away.

If Arrow could build a ride that does not fall apart every two seconds. X, Pepsi Max Big One, Desperade, Magnum XL200 are nice rides not constructed properly.

X is one hell of a ride. I'm sure it will be cleared to run again and I for one can't wait to ride it again.
