hypersonic is right about the first question. Another example of this loading system is Disneyland's (and possibly WDW's) Big Thunder Mountain RR. That uses a two station system with a switch before and after. To answer the second question, I read somewhere that they'd like to get 100hrs of testing in. As for the third question, I have no idea. Based on the fact that all the track and supports have been on site for months, I can only guess that the trains are in a storage shed somewhere. If not, I'd bet that they'll arrive soon.
