X-Flight land clearing shots available

Ground preperation and clearing is featured in this photo update. Basically, it's just a bunch of heavy machinery surrounded by a few acres of mud with stakes peppered about. However, it's still construction progress.

I have a feeling this thing is gonna have a late opening

We were saying the same exact things last year about The Villain and BKF and they both opened on time. As long as the weather holds off, they should be fine.

Hey Shivering Tim!

Checked out the pics, but I did notice one thing that you need to look at and change. Your copyright message on the top still says 2000. You may want to change that?

:-)

Batman Knight Flight started construction at about the same time, maybe a little earlier, but that was also a longer and taller coaster. I think it will be ready by opening day. X-Flight is almost 1,000 feet shorter than Batman: Knight Flight. Plus, testing a roller coaster only takes about 3 or 4 weeks. The crew has until May, that is over 4 months from now.
I think this will be ready as long as the weather holds out. They can do pull through tests while the ride is still under construction cause they dont have to worry about brakes, the crane is the brakes. I just hope that they do get it open on time.

Another comment about BKF construction. BKF was practically built over the lake and swamp. X-Flight is going over the parking lot. Once footers are in, construction should really start flying (pun intended).
