X-Flight Answers

I went up to the worlds yesterday, and found some stuff out. Here are some of the answers about X-Flight. It's running one train becasue the other 2 haven't been certified by the state yet. the ride op told me this, "X- FLIGHT WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW (TODAY) BECAUSE THE STATE IS CERTIFYING THE OTHER TRAINS". also, they tried to recline on the lift yesterday and it got stuck, so they don't know when it'll be reclining on the lift, but definatley soon. One more thing, I saw some of those reps from Vekoma, and they sure do talk funny

Not surprised that the state hasn't certified them. As I mentioned in my TR, I think the lift recline couldn't happen without the prox switches they just added behind the right side wheels. I could be wrong, but I'm not convinced that the electrical bus the train connects to on the side does anything other than power the trains' electronics and hydraulics. If that's the case, then the new switches would be the perfect thing to trigger the recline at some point on the lift.

Hurricane I guess you haven't been around many non-Americans. I'm of course referring to your last comment about Vekoma's engineers talking funny. What did you expect they're from Europe and English isn't their first language!
This is cool. Now, when I go Friday the lines won't hopefully be nearly as bad sice they will hopefully have all three trains running!
I wouldn't count on ALL three, coastercrazy. Possibly two, but most likely not three.
