Any buzzers write a coaster company? Those of you who have written coaster companies, which of them sent back good responses? I am interested in which coaster manufactures have good public relations. I want to go into the coaster buisness someday and am planning to write some coaster companies asking them about courses I should take, where to start, etc. I'm just wondering which companies are known for giving good answers to questions.
Seveal years ago before I was on the net and was just getting into coasters I dropped Ron Toomer a letter and he replied. I sent Walter and Claude a letter and they replied with a nice letter and a B&M brochure with Kumba on the cover, very cool stuff.

I wrote to Premier Inc. for a report I was doing. They sent me a whole package of information! With pics of every type of ride they designed, also a nice CD with videos of their rides.

For an idea of what it takes to get into the coaster business, look at the Consign AG site. While their businesss is strictly controls, much of the information is applicable to all aspects of coasters.
one time i wrote to b&m and they sent me a letter and information about their coasters
Many years ago, I wrote Arrow a letter about how much I enjoyed their rides, received a nice letter and a folder containing brochures of all their products. A letter to Duell &Associates about how much I had enjoyed visits to parks they had designed resulted in a very nice letter, including an invitation to stop into their office were I ever in the area, and a nice brochure about their company.
That's a good idea! I think I will write CCI to thank them :) -----------------
In my english class, we wrote letters to famous people. Some kids wrote to N*sync, others Michael Jordan. I wrote to Monty Jasper, head of mantaince at Cedar Point. For those who don't recognize him, he was the guy who always wrote the MF Construction Journel Entries on Cedarpoint.com. I got a nice letter back.
