Worlds of Fun 10/20

Associated parks:
None

Thanks to my wife's business trip, we were able to visit Cedar Point's sister park, Worlds of Fun. We arrived at the park at 12:30. First ride of the day was Orient Express. They were operating only one train and the cycle time was very slow. The ride wasn't worth the wait. Next, we were off to the Timberwolf, a surprising nice wood coaster considering the company who designed it. The third coaster of the day was Mamba. Totally awesome!! We rode it in the front, back, and middle--great experience all 3 rides. Final coaster of the day, Boomerang. My wife decided to pass on this one, she's not fond of the head-banging--I liked it.

Highlight of the day--The walk off of Mamba due to a power outage.

Low point of the day--The food, especially the pizza.

We would definitely return to this park, just to ride Mamba. :)

Born to Ride - Forced to work!

how high up were you when you walked off?
We were outside of the station on the flipside. We would have been 2/3 of the way up the hill but, we went in front of some people so their group could ride together.
