Workbenches

Does anyone know if someone is working on a workbench that would work with LL? I figured since Drexler released his latest patch that it'd make creating a workbench a lot easier.

This site has all the scenario downloads and a really nice flatland with a lot of cash. I believe it also has some extra fences with gates included in the flatland. The gates don't work for peeps, but they are nice looking.
