Workbench Question

I'm planning on downloading a Loopy Landscapes workbench from RCT Station, and I need to know if I need a trainer and a Drexler Patch also to run the workbench. Also what is the process to do this? This will be my first time using it and I don't quite understand some of the computer terms. Thanks.

Run the patch on once. You don't really need a trainer on a workbench with $10 million.

So what you're saying is that I do need the patch and no trainer, right? Do I need to run the patch first before the workbench in order to use the workbench?

Run the patch just once. It permanently alters the game to allow files that include flat land and tons of money (i.e., the workbench saved games).
