Because it's in the download section. I know it IS strange that the news page wasn't updated, but if you take the time to poke around enough on a website you'll find all kinds of things! :)
your cache might be slow too, go to the website and hold CTRL and push F5 and it will reload the site to the most current page...its happened to me before...
