Won't load on my laptop.

I just bought RCT2 today, and I can't get it to load on my Dell laptop. I have Windows XP as a OS. Any help?

Runs fine on my laptop. You got DirectX 8 and everything, right?

If you dont have the latest version it comes with the game...Direct X 8.1

If you have XP, you probably have it. If not, go to Tools - Windows Update in Internet Explorer and get all the latest stuff to download.

Finally got it to load. I dont know if this has anything to do with it or not, but I tried loading RCT2 on my laptop first, and it wouldnt load. So I loaded it on my desktop and it worked. Then I tried my laptop again, and it worked. Wierd huh?

I had problems with the auto-run window before I installed it. I had to manually go into the CD-rom and find the setup, and then it worked great from there. Only other bugs so far are in the game itself. Im also on a laptop, running Windows me
