Wonderpark remains open during mall renovation

News from Cincinnati - Last fall the Mills Corporation bought the Forest Fair Mall, a massive project that never has seen success.

In late December, the Mills. Corp booted about 30 tenants weather they had a lease or not, citing mall renovations. Of course the first thing to run through my mind was the mall's rollercoaster at Wonderpark.

Well, I just did my weekly check of the Wonderpark website, http://www.wonderparkusa.com and the park will remian open throughout the renovation, HOWEVER its main entrance will be sealed off. Visitors are advied to enter the park through a back door entrance accesible from Level 1 of the mall's parking garage.

That a lil bit of positive news coming from that mall. I know many of my friends and family are fuming that they're kicking out all inside merchants. i wonder how well Wonderpark will fare with the back entrance so hidden.

Does anyone else remember when that mall was new? I thought it was the coolest place!! that was the 1st place I ever bought that fruit flavored popcorn, and the huge moving sculptures with the basketballs and billiards balls. I remember dates at the mini golf course when i was in high school....ahhh, memories.

I was wandering what they were going to do with it, they just renovated that section of the mall not to long ago either, and with all the storefronts that are located in that area, only 3 or so were occupied.

So you believe that you are studying us, then kindly explain why you are the ones trapped in your seats.

Wonderpark is horrible when it comes to maintaining their pads. They have been screwed for weeks. They say they are fixing them...will they...doubt it.

Yes the up and right arrows on the right pad of their MAX2 machine were stuck. The only upside was 2 player, 5 songs for 75 cents. Very cheap for DDR.

I thought Wonderpark was pretty cool actually. I got a really neat souvineer from there too ;) I like my game card!
