Woman sues Universal Orlando over Volcano Bay shock

A woman has filed a lawsuit against Universal Studios Orlando after she was allegedly electrocuted at Volcano Bay. April Carlino filed the suit in November for the incident which she said occurred on June 2 of last year. She is seeking $15,000 in the suit, in addition to interest and legal costs.

I understand the resistance to feel sorry for this gal.
She hit the ground complaining about the short circuits and the terrible capacitance at the park. And she’d spent so much with Hertz to get there.
She’s clearly not that bright. 💡

If the rules @ Volcano Bay state Flip Flops or water shoes need to be worn and you don't and cut your foot you are partially at fault.After the trail the judge may reduce award because want ever rule you broke contributed to your injury Remember this is not Universals reply it was Universals Lawyers response.
