Woman injured by Top Thrill Dragster roller coaster part sues Cedar Fair

The Michigan woman who was injured in 2021 when she was struck in the head by a piece of metal that dislodged from the Top Thrill Dragster roller coaster at Cedar Point has filed a lawsuit against the parent company and others, seeking compensatory and punitive damages for alleged negligence.

I am pretty sure the Insurance company more than anything else would like to see it converted to LSM's as well.

Apparently, it was Kinzel and Insurance premiums that killed the Tram at CP, along with all the animals in the Kiddie Kingdom.

Over the ensuing months, Kyle underwent multiple surgeries to repair muscle damage to his leg and graft skin over his injuries. The operations were followed by physical therapy to restore function to his left knee and ankle.

It's safe to say that is a serious injury.
