I caught a glimpse of this on the news last night,I swear what is going on at the parks this season?
Wasn't this the same coaster that killed the mother and her daughter after it disengaged off the lifthill when it was in NJ?
Yes, tragically, it was. I believe it was called the Wild Wonder and it was located at Gillian's Wonderland Pier in Ocean City, NJ. It opened and closed in 1999 due to the accident. I believe the car rolled backwards down the lift hill and crashed into the car with the mother and daughter in the station. Very sad and tragic.
How can a person just fall off a ride like that when nobody else does?
