Woman dies after hair pulled off in go kart accident in India

A woman was killed in an accident close to Yadavindra Gardens, Pinjore, as her hair got entangled in a go-kart while taking a ride. Her hair got severed from the scalp in the accident.

I'm going to assume when they say her hair was "open" that it was not tied up in any way and free flowing. I will never understand how so many young girls go to amusement parks in the US and never think to tie their hair up.
