Wizarding World of Harry Potter set to open June 18

Am I wrong or are we still not getting a lot of details here?

The article read that the details for the new ride would be announced later. The previous announcement really was that an announcement of an announcement is coming soon. ...Or something like that. lol

There lots of details about the HPATFJ on the Universal Orlando Wizarding World website. It talks about what rooms are in the queue and ride itself and where to board, what the storyline is etc. and other things from the Potterverse people will see.

anyone have any idea if there will be a soft opening sooner? im going the first week of May, have been hoping forever that it would be open by then. i dont even care about the rides, i just want to experience the theming...

Lessons like this are learned the hard way. Never plan a trip to ride a new ride until the ride is actually open. Given the complexity of the Potter ride I'm betting the June 18 open date is pushed back.
