Wishful addition for Holiday World

I've alway felt that it would be great if HW had a Haunted House in it's Halloween section of the park. Not asking for much, just something similar to Knoebel's, LOL.

Their wood is great, and I hope they continue to do work with CCI, but I would also love to see them get a great steel coaster to "round out" the collection. A B&M Invert or Floorless/looper would really do the trick, or if space is an issue, a Giant Inverted Boomerang (Deja Vu clone - once the bugs are worked out, of course), or a launched shuttle coaster would be great(perhaps a next generation Premire or Intamin). Then a "Land of the Giants" collection of modern flat rides would be the icing on the cake to this nearly perfect park.

No offense folks but we've seen similar threads to this a lot lately. For once can't we just enjoy what they have without wishing for more?

Matthew - who is still beside himself at the thought of a Vekoma Giant Boomerang at HW....puleeze!

This post was in no way intended as a flame against Holiday World. No offense given back, but you know what, I do not read every single post on this board and I'm not on this board daily so I'm not alway's aware of what's been posted before. If someone doesn't want to be offensive, then just ignore the post as most people have this one so far, LOL. As for just enjoying whats already in the parks. I do. Especially at Holiday World. Great staff, great rides and a totally enjoyable atmosphere for families. They have a fantastic park and I'll be danged if I can't wish for additions on the near perfection of my FAVORITE parks like Holiday World.

Peace, D.Caskey

There woods look great. But a steel would make it so more people would come and it would get crowded and turn into a six flags park. Bring on the wood!

I kinda wish that HW would take a trip to adventureland. I know some think the underground is cheesy but I really enjoyed it. The only thing that would improve it IMHO is a drop through the floor for effect.

Bring back the Scenic Railway :)

Chuck, who thought CCI did a great job at Adventureland and is still on the lookout for Big Bad Bob :)

No B&M's! They are too expensive. CCI's are cheap.

I think Holiday World is fine the way it is.

I couldn't agree more. I think what HW has going for it more than anything else is the atmosphere. It's still a "small" park compared to most others, and as a result the lines are short and the prices are reasonable. A steel would be nice but not at the expense of what it has now.
