Angled Drop (like on b&m coasters)
To mikeman... you can upload mp3's in a way. Read custom.txt in data folder.
What would be nice for rct2 would be this. (I'm gonna say it how you would do it. I know its confusing but o well) You go up to construction button to build your coasters, flat ride, whatever. The game would take a screenshot of the park and would go into another window which would be the construction screen. You build your caoster as normally. Then it would give you a basic test on intensity and stuff like that. Then you can decide if you want to buy it or not. If you do you would get the ride like in real life.
The parts would be sent to you and then you would have a construction crew build it. It would take like a season or so then it will be built. Then you run your tests and get the final marks. The more realistic the better. While its building you could put up signs to advertise it. Oh and SMARTER GUESTS!!!!
I wish for more rides, night time, park hours, and to walk around in your park. Plus ride the rides too.:)

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT IS NEEDED IS A TERRAIN EDITOR AND COASTER EDITOR WITHOUT MONEY INVOLVED. SCENARIOS SUCK. tHEY NEED TO GIVE YOU THE ENTIRE MAP FLAT, ALL RIDES, STALLS, ETC. AND MONEY IS NOT THE ISSUE. ALONG WITH ALL THE ABOVE REMARKS FROM EVERYONE ELSE
ALSO, YOUR MEMORY IN GAMES ARN'T LOST AT DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. CHRIS SAWYER MADE THE BEST GAME(S) EVER WITH THE BIGGEST MISTAKES. HE IS A STUPID GENIUS. I HOPE SAWYER IS READING THIS NOW. SOMETHING NO ONE BROUGHT UP IS HAVING STEEL TRACK WITH WOOD SUPPORT ALA GEMINI & CPMR. AND VICE VERSA. TUNNELS ON COASTER, BUT NOT UNDERGROUND. ALA MAGNUM, MF.
If there were no scenarios, no money, and no challenges, then the game would be really boring! There would be no challenge to building rides and roller coasters on the game, and then no one would play it!
I would play in a heartbeat if it were like that!

5.bigger loops for steel cork and SLC not 30ft high ones (but not insanly big either (like Steel Twister)

7. trains go up 2nd tower on steel shuttles (like on montezumas revenge)

21.people pull their own safty harness down right when they get in the train.
22. let coasters go as high as record breakers.

27.canyon theming (like with detailed walls and everything)
28.let you decide if handyman will mow (like when you hire handyman grass mowing will be off to begin with so you dont have to go thru that BIG process)

33.realistic looking food stalls
34.b&m corks on invertees. (not the half cork half inline stuff)
35. boosters on Steel cork look like lims on whoa bellys.

40.for newbies, hire designer to design ride. not predisigned lame tracks it came with (it would be fun seeing what they would come up with!!!!!)

Disastars!!! Fire, hurricanes, earthquakes, Have the inspectors and everyone come to the park and investigate a crash before you reopen the ride. And get sued.

THey should have sceerios which you need to get certain ride types to attract guests( i.e. fair ground, put-put park, ect.)
I can't belive these were forgoten!
1. Real economics, including competion from other parks, selling stock for your park, worrying about stock market crashes, ect..
2. Block systems, so the coaster won't crash
Other things it should have are:
1. Short stations, but you need storage track if you want more than one trains.
2. Manipulative track mixed with the current kind, so you can make track steeper, more banked, tighter, etc...
3. The inability to change train types on steel-twister once it is built. How many parks do you see going from stand-up to floorless to sit-down and back?
4. Overpriced restaurants
5. Stages for stunt shows, concerts, magic shows, etc.
6. Stadiums with water tanks for Sea World style shows.
7. More go-kart options (ie. faster cars, double cars, slick track, wooden or pavement track)
8. A website that is maintained
9. A ride exchange that works
10. More flat rides
11. 50 copies of the CD so you don't have to waste time and money burning it for friends ;)
12. Inverted stand-up woodie, J/K
13. Another category of rides/attractions: Kiddie rides!
14. More theming
15. Trees that are dynamic, and don't sit there like a boulder shaped and painted into a stone.
16. The ablitiy to use a trainer without installing a patch.
17. Random deaths (like Goliath and the anurism lady)
18. As someone said, law suits
19. Ablity to design/enlarge the entrance.
20. Day care and kennel
21. More than one peep style.
22. License ride names, so steel twister can be called B&M, steel corkscrew Arrow, etc...
23. Parts warehouse, if it's not big enough, it takes longer to repair rides.
24. Off season, like someone said. And it's the only time you can start building new coasters.

making ticket booths and queues to get into the park
having surges of people trying to get into the park each morning

I already have a massive wishlist on my site do people mind if i add all of these. I sent of my pre Loopy Lanndscape list to Hasbro and it obviously hit home as all the theming is exactly as i decribed. And there are a large number of similar rides.

what is all of this RCT2 I keep hearing about? Are they actually making a sequel or is everyone making up wishlists fr a game that doesn't exist?
