Windows Live Local Map of Parks

Saw this on the front page of MSN today. Thought it might be of interest:

http://local.live.com/?v=2&cid=A717ACB9A8408933!110

Hmm...something is busted and I can't get it to work anymore. Did anyone else see it (the map with all the parks on it - click the "famous roller coasters link") and can anyone explain why I can't get the link to work? *** Edited 7/21/2006 8:43:30 PM UTC by ApolloAndy***

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

I got the message:

"This collection is no longer available. It may have been deleted by the author."

There's always these. (shameless self plug)

EDIT - I still get the message when I click the link on MSN's front page. Go figure.

Knott's has Xcel in the regular view and then it myseteriously turns into some sort of red and yellow coaster when you go into Bird's Eye.

Whatever it is it sure does look like fun! ;)

Here's a few parks off the top of my head that I found:

--- Darien Lake
--- Six Flags New England
--- Cedar Point
--- Six Flags Magic Mountain (aka: Wally World 2004)
--- Knotts Berry Farm (Windjammer era!)
--- Geauga Lake (Woa Days shown)
--- Six Flags Over Georgia
--- Paramount Kings Island
--- Martin's Fantasy Island

The Knott's view is strange how if you look at in one direction it has Xcelerator and in another it has Windjammer.

Here's some information on the ride for those who don't know about the ride.

This isn't new, Live Local's Bird's eye view has been around since last December. *** Edited 7/22/2006 1:31:59 AM UTC by gomez***

Still not working for me.

Is the link the same as Joe Schwartz's (better known for joyrides.com) Coastermap.com?

I have a feeling it is. :)

For folks of the Google Earth persuasion, this is my list of bookmarks: http://www.googleearthhacks.com/dlfile19628/Amusement-and-Theme-Parks.htm

It's not a complete list of course, but it's got most of the big parks listed. Except for Magic Mountain. I forgot Magic Mountain.
