Will there be a Millennium Mania this year?

Hey I don't know if this has already been posted...but I was just wondering if anyone knew any info. on if there will be a Millennium Mania this year.

I searched the Cedar Point website but couldn't find anything so I sent them an e-mail and am still awaiting a reply.

They should have one, it was really fun last year.

I am really disappointed, I've been to Millennium Mania both years they've had it, and I've had the best time of my life.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Wicked Twister opening...they need to have some event along the same lines as MM b/c it is a great opportunity for people to ride the big coasters without waiting in line.

Maybe it just wasn't as profitable as they had hoped. I worked on Mantis the first year of MM and on most of the days there were no more than 300 people there. I really think they should give it a few more years and it would pick up popularity just like they have done with Halloweekends.

Last I'd heard it was certainly no. I agree that it was an amazing appreciation gesture by the park, lines were so short...it really was quite unbelievable both years. That said I can understand why they've stopped doing it...there were never very many people at the park, particularly so the first year when lines were so short that the gate between the loading and unloading stations on MF was opened and you could literally get off and get back on the same train, it was *that* dead.
