Will PKI`s rides be ready on time?

From the pictures on www.coasterguide.com it would appear that Paramount`s Kings Island has a lot of work to do on the new attractions. Does anyone know if they will be ready for opening day on April 7? That is a little bit more than seven weeks away, and before the rides open they must be inspected by the Ohio Department of agriculture. (all rides in Ohio are checked twice by the department of agriculture) I hop that 7th portal and the log flume are ready, but I want the coaster to be ready too.

The coaster isn't a real big one, and is probably something like "insert rail 'a' into support 'q'..." so it shouldn't take too long to set it up.

Now if I could just find that screwdriver...
