I can't believe the dreadful experience of purchasing concert tickets is being used in this case.

There is no need to place people in different areas of a line, because every line up until now have been first come, first serve.
The problem seems to be that you really believe that.
The rules for forming and waiting in a line have been ongoing since the beginning of intelligent humanity.
Trust me, Caveman Ugh was getting preferrential treatment because of either who he was, who he knew or what he had.

Just plain awesome. And it's not even Friday! ;)
Selling the pass that included all the coasters apparently wasn't cutting it for Kennywood, and you can now buy passes for the individual coasters. I think it's $2 or $3 per coaster.
It's $15 for all the coasters. $12 until Sky Rocket opens. I believe you can get a cheap-ass pass with an after 5pm Night Rider admission. You get a lanyard with your picture on it and a list of all the rides. They punch out the individual rides as you get on.
I had not heard about the individual passes.
Hi
They came around this morning and said that starting today, they would start selling individual passes. The VIP Coaster Tours weren't exactly a hot seller. Even yesterday, with the line sticking out and wrapping partially around, we only had a handful.
Do you need a Night Rider Admission to purchase the Night Rider VIP tour? Regardless of whether you do or don't, the pass doesn't include Jack Rabbit or Racer. I think they sell a junior pass too that doesn't include Thunderbolt and Sky Rocket (due to the height restrictions).
